Join us for a low impact, sculpting workout that will lift, tone, align, and burn from head to pointed toes. Led by the wonderful Natalia of Ballet Flow, you'll move with control and methodically challenge your stability in your body.
Enjoy the exercise with the added benefits of working on your posture, breathing, flexibility and perhaps most importantly, your mindset and inner strength. No dance experience necessary, and all levels are welcome.
Please bring your own mat and water bottle.
