Instructor bio: After 24 years in Southwest Colorado, Silvia Pina returns to Miami with the strength of the mountains and resilience of the high desert. As a 500 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Personal Trainer, Behavior Change Coach, and Functional Movement Specialist, she draws on many skills to help others empower themselves. Using her keen eye for alignment and candid sense of humor, she guides a vinyasa style, moving meditation that gets participants out of their heads, into their hearts, grounded into the earth, and connected to source. With over two decades of teaching experience, she welcomes students of all levels.
