Join Diana Mercedes Botta of Resonance Flow for a rejuvenating yoga flow designed to quiet the mind, restore balance, and reconnect you with nature. This gentle session begins with a light warm-up, followed by a soft flow to ease the body and calm the spirit. The class concludes with breathwork and a soothing sound bath meditation, leaving participants relaxed, clear, and centered.
This practice encourages mindfulness, stress relief, and a deeper sense of harmony with yourself and your surroundings.
This class is held outdoors. Please bring a yoga mat, towel, water bottle, and optional yoga blocks.
Diana Botta, also known as
Resonance Flow, began her yoga journey in 2002 and became a certified 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) in 2020. By 2022, she deepened her expertise with a Level 2 Advanced Professional Teacher Training, expanding both her knowledge and devotion to the practice.
