Breath & Reset is a guided breathwork and meditation class designed to improve the way we breathe and how we respond to stress. Through structured conscious breathing techniques, participants strengthen the diaphragm, expand lung capacity, and correct shallow breathing patterns that can contribute to anxiety, fatigue, brain fog, and tension.
Specific techniques are used to stimulate the vagus nerve and improve vagal tone, supporting nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and cognitive clarity. Participants will learn practical tools to calm the mind during stressful moments, increase energy when feeling lethargic, and sustain focus and endurance throughout the day.
The session concludes with a deeply soothing guided meditation to integrate the breathwork, allowing the body and mind to absorb its benefits.
Suitable for all ages and experience levels.
Please be sure to bring your own yoga mat, blocks (if necessary), blankets or towels for comfort, and a water bottle. Since this class is held outdoors, we also recommend bringing your favorite mosquito repellant.
