Join Maya Torres for Saturday morning yoga! In this vinyasa yoga class, students will flow through sequences designed to build strength, balance, and flexibility while connecting with nature and their breath.

Instructor bio: Maya Torres, a Miami native and certified RYT 200 vinyasa yoga instructor, began her yoga journey three years ago and found it transformed her life by breaking mental barriers and bringing a sense of playfulness and balance into her life. Her classes focus on helping students discover their strength, explore new possibilities, and connect more deeply with themselves. Maya encourages everyone to come to the mat with curiosity and an open heart.
