Step into a profound, heart-opening journey guided by artist and yoga teacher Silvia Pina. More than a workshop, this is an immersive ritual of transformation, inspired by the luminous metamorphosis of the Blue Morpho butterfly.
We begin with the fertile darkness of a black canvas, symbolizing the chrysalis. Through expressive journaling, guided sound bowl meditation, and intentional ritual, you will be invited to release, reflect, and open to new possibilities. From this inner space, your creative process unfolds: applying radiant gold leaf, decoupaging the Blue Morpho, and inscribing a personal word that honors your becoming.
Instructor bio: After 24 years in Southwest Colorado, Silvia Pina returns to Miami with the strength of the mountains and resilience of the high desert. As a 500 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Personal Trainer, Behavior Change Coach, and Functional Movement Specialist, she draws on many skills to help others empower themselves. With over two decades of teaching experience, she welcomes students of all levels.
