Gardening in the tropics is different from gardening in the rest of this country. This class focuses specifically on plants that do well in our hot and humid South Florida climate. We review the best native plants, foliage plants, bromeliads, and flowering plants to incorporate into your garden. This class mostly focuses on identifying different plants and goes over some basic garden design. You will learn many different plant varieties and how to take care of them. There will be demo plants available for purchase after the class.
