Students at all levels are welcome to learn the fascinating art of pastels. Using time-stable reference photos, students will discover how to paint gorgeous sunsets in soft pastel at their own pace. Considered by many as the purest of painting media, soft pastel is bright, colorful and easy to learn. Award-winning Miami artist, Dan Bondroff, will teach students how to create tropical landscape paintings in soft pastel from concept to completion.
Instructor Bio: Dan Bondroff has a B.S. in Art/Visual Communication from Towson University. Working with pastels, he enjoys capturing those often overlooked and fleeting moments that occur in the natural world. He also looks forward to guiding his students as they make their own discoveries.
