Family Painting Class: Boxelder Bugs with Art and Juice

Join us for a delightful, artistic, and educational painting session inspired by Boxelder Bugs! Led by Raquel Torrent of Art and Juice, this playful and hands-on class will teach kids how to paint these bright, bold bugs using simple, exciting art techniques. Boxelder Bugs might look wild with their red-and-black patterns, but don’t worry, they’re totally harmless and super interesting to draw!
We encourage children to trust their own abilities while learning to observe with artistic eyes. In this class, we will learn contour, form, colors, and value. Here, you and your children can express your creativity by adding your own unique details at the end.
Supplies will be provided. The final product will be a frameable canvas painting. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
