This playful class invites children and their caregivers to move, breathe, and connect together through fun yoga poses, partner activities, music, and imagination. We’ll explore simple breathing techniques to help little ones feel calm and focused, while building strength, balance, and confidence in a light and supportive way.
The class will end with a short relaxation to help everyone feel grounded and at ease.
Come ready to play, connect, and create beautiful memories together.
Please bring yoga mats, water bottles, and since this class is held outdoors, your favorite mosquito repellant. All children must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the class.
