Homemade Gelato Workshop with Monteleone.Miami

Join us for a hands-on gelato workshop focused on achieving the classic texture and balanced flavor that define real Italian gelato. You’ll learn how to work with the essential ratios of fat, sugar, and stabilizers, and how each choice shapes the final result.
Throughout the class, we’ll explore the foundations of crafting gelato that’s smooth, flavorful, and satisfying without relying on excess richness. You’ll also experiment with flavors and leave with practical recipes and techniques you can use to make consistently excellent gelato at home.
This class is led primarily as a demonstration with volunteer involvement.
